Why did you buy the car?

Impulse decision. Went to buy a BMW, saw the Alfa on the forecourt. After a brief look round and drive I forgot all about the BMW. Lots of kit, great sound, looks and rarity factor.

Where did you buy the car?

Independent garage.

Best thing about the car?

The fact you only see another drive past about once every 6 months.

Worst thing / design flaws

Some suspect electrics, sub causes an annoying rattle, quite thirsty.

Would you sell it to a friend?

Yes

Performance

Generally pretty good. Standing start is poor on anything but the driest of tactile roads. Needs to be driven quite hard to get the best out of it (thirst).

Handling

Sticks to the road well, doesn't give up easily. You feel every bump which depending on your mood at the time is either brilliant or tiresome.

Economy

The trip computer says I average about 28/gal which is better than it could be, but less than you want it to be.

Is it value for money?

It cost 9k when it was 4 years old. Is that value for money, I don't know. A 330 would have cost thousands more so maybe.
