Vauxhall Excels at Motability Operations Awards

Vauxhall’s commitment as a major supplier of vehicles to disabled drivers and their families was clearly highlighted at the recent Motability Operations Supplier Awards ceremony.

The company and its retailers dominated proceedings at the awards, which are designed to recognise outstanding business partners who deliver first-class customer service, above and beyond the call of duty.

In addition to the prestigious 2008 Manufacturer Partner Award – presented to companies operating a live fleet in excess of 10,000 vehicles – Vauxhall also saw retailer Bristol Street, based in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne, accept the award for Dealers Managing a Fleet in Excess of 600 Vehicles.

Continuing this impressive performance, Bristol Street, Newcastle was also the recipient of the Motability Sales Specialist Award, which went to Motability Specialist, Gavin Gray; while Andy Venus, Service Advisor at Brandish Vauxhall was named Motability After Sales Specialist 2008.  Both winners were commended for their excellent and consistent performance.

Paul Adler, Fleet Brand Manager, GM commented: “This is a remarkable achievement by any standards and reflects the hard work put in by both our retailers and the GM UK Mobility team.”
