On a recent trip to Spain i was lucky enough to hire a brand new Seat Ibiza which was great. It was the 1.9tdi diesel model which would cruise at 80-90mph at 2000rpm which meant it was great for ecomony and handled really well. I think the car was a fairly basic model as the inside was fairly simple but had really nice dials, controls, stereo and 16" alloy wheels. It had cruise control which was great for the long motorway trip we were doing. Has anyone else had any experience with the new Seat range.

Similarly I hired a Seat on this years summer break, although mine was a Leon Eomotive model. Again the car was a real pleasure to drive. It was great on fuel and the engine really pulled. The ride was a tiny bit too firm, but it handles really well.
Don't remember a cruise control but wouldn't rule out the possibility of the car having one.
