Peugeot’s 205 was one of the original hot hatches on the UK’s streets and it was one of the best too. Combining good looks and a sharp drive the 205 offered big motoring in a small car. The GTi was one of the icons of the time and they enjoyed success on the rally track.
Few on the roads today but if you can find one in good nick you’re in for something of a treat.
